Prime Builders specializes in the development, construction, and design of luxury residential estates across Summit and Wasatch County. Our Contractors / Suppliers must provide the following documentation to work on our jobsites;
Commercial General Liability Certificate — $2,000,000 aggregate coverage, $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Please submit a copy of CG2010 and CG2037 or equivalent with Prime Builders LLC listed as additional insured.
Workers Compensation Certificate — Per statutory requirements and limits.
Automotive Insurance — $1,000,000 coverage on all vehicles that will be on site or driven to and from site.
